Perspective España.S.L is a Spanish registered company which has been operating in Spain for over eight years and is owned by Scottish directors based in Spain. The company specializes in the sale of new and re-sale property in the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida. We work on an agency basis with our agents in Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales sending interested clients to us with the intention of purchasing a house in Spain for residential, holiday home and investment Our company have a large selection of properties from the most professional builders in Spain. These are entered in a user friendly searchable database along with details of the re-sale properties.
We offer
subsidized inspection trips and refund of air fares if purchase made on trip.  We have a department dealing with enquiries for clients who wish to rent their property.Clients will have a one year free entry to this property for rent in Spain web section. (Full details on request.) We also have a rental partnership company who will gladly give you details of rental and property management. Features can make a home.
